Lucille's
Hydro, Oklahoma
Hydro, Oklahoma, made me sad. I was all set to meet a lady named Lucille, who used to run a gas station and store on Route 66, but when we got to her place, it was closed, and there was a cross out front and a "For Sale" sign on the building.
Emily told me that was because Lucille had died. That made me so sad that I sat down and howled a little bit in her memory.
